1. Who we are

AUDATA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“AUDATA”, “we”, “us”), operates the audata.ai website (the “Site”) and is the data controller for personal information collected through it.

This policy covers the Site only. Customer engagements — including any data processed as part of infrastructure or platform services — are governed by the applicable executed agreements, not by this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message — only when you choose to submit them.
• Technical data: your IP address, request logs, and browser information are processed by our hosting infrastructure to serve the Site. When you use the contact form, your IP address and a challenge token are also processed by Cloudflare to verify that the submission comes from a person.

3. How we use information

We use contact submissions to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. We use technical data to operate, maintain, and secure the Site and to prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.

We do not use your information for advertising or behavioral profiling, we do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal effects, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process contact submissions on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form; you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your inquiry. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and preventing abuse.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site:

• Resend, which delivers contact-form submissions to us by email;
• Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service receives your IP address and a challenge token to verify contact-form submissions; and
• our hosting provider, which processes request data such as IP addresses and server logs to serve the Site.

6. Sharing required by law

Contact submissions are delivered to a small number of authorized AUDATA personnel. Beyond the providers above, we may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.

7. Cookies and tracking

The Site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics services, advertising trackers, or browser storage. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font network sees your visits.

The one exception: the Cloudflare Turnstile widget in the contact form loads from Cloudflare and may set its own cookies or use browser storage strictly as necessary to distinguish people from bots. That processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

8. Data retention

Contact submissions are delivered to us by email and retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see section 10).

9. International transfers

AUDATA is based in the United States, and personal information collected through the Site is processed and stored in the US and in other locations where our service providers operate. If you visit from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this means your information is transferred to a country whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we take steps to ensure they are in place.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive a portable copy; and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through the contact form on this Site. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is a business site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a marketing website, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), anti-abuse verification on the contact form, and delivery of submissions only to a small number of authorized recipients. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
